Maquinarias Disber S.L. is committed to making its websites accessible, in accordance with Royal Decree 1112/2018, of 7 September, on the accessibility of websites and applications for mobile devices in the public sector or with public aid.

This website is partially compliant with RD 1112/2018 due to the exceptions and non-conformity of the aspects indicated below.

The following content is not accessible due to the following:

  • Lack of compliance with RD 1112/2018:
    • There is textual content without sufficient contrast
    • It is observed that in some cases the focus does not meet the minimum contrast ratio required
    • In some cases, content overlap may occur
    • It may be that not all navigation is accessible with a keyboard
    • Focus is not highlighted when using keyboard navigation
    • There are no keyboard shortcuts

The Request for Accessible Information must clearly specify the facts, reasons and request that make it possible to establish that it is a reasonable and legitimate request.

 

Application Procedure

If, once a request for accessible information or complaint has been made, it has been rejected, the decision taken is not agreed, or the response does not meet the requirements set out in article 12.5 of RD 1112/2018, the interested party may initiate a complaint. A claim may also be initiated if no response has been received.

The claim can be submitted through the Generic Instance of the Electronic Office of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation, as well as in the rest of the options included in Law 39/2015, of 1 October, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.  Complaints will be received and dealt with by the Ministry’s Sub-Directorate General for Service Inspection.

The website:

  • It has been designed adapting to current standards and regulations in relation to accessibility, complying with the priority 2 (AA) checkpoints defined in the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines specification (WCAG 2.1).
  • It is optimized for the latest current versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari, and Opera.
  • It is designed for correct viewing on any resolution and desktop, tablet or mobile device (responsive design).

In addition, continuous work is carried out to audit and review content to facilitate its interpretation and improve navigation through the web portal.

This portal is designed to be able to change the text size and color, as well as the background of the page using the standard configuration options of browsers.

If you want to change the font size of text in the main graphic browsers, use the following menus:

  • Internet Explorer, Mozilla and Firefox: View > Text Size
  • Opera: Ver > Zoom
  • Safari: View > Make Text Larger
  • Chrome: Controls the current page > Text size
